Showcases how I incorporate user feedback when making designs
The original version of the mockup for an ecommerce app. Pictured is the the home page and the product details page for the red shoe product.
I showed it to a user for feedback. Their main issues were as follows:
The front page shows a discount but the discount isn’t reflected on the Product Details Page.
The PDP is cluttered with information.
We decided that the information should be moved to another page or removed entirely.
For the final version, changes made include:
Adding the updated price with the 50% off sticker
Changing the “favorite” heart to be under the image without the wording
Changing “Share” to be below the picture
Removing “View Product” link and “Delivery” information
Using extra space in the description for sizing/relevant information
